Behind every great youth program are people who care deeply. At MSA, our leadership team gives their time, energy, and expertise because they believe in the mission.
As we head into 2026, we want to introduce you to the core leaders who guide MSA Youth Academy — and acknowledge the broader team that makes it all possible.
Mohamed Dhaini
Moe provides the overall vision and strategic direction for MSA. As founding Group Leader, he oversees everything — from program design and partnerships to the day-to-day running of the organisation. His passion for youth development and community service drives everything MSA does.
Sarah Droubi
Sarah manages operations and ensures the smooth delivery of our programs. She works closely with coordinators and leaders to maintain the high standards families expect, and plays a key role in safeguarding and governance.
Abbas Ramadan
Abbas wears two hats — as a Director, he contributes to strategic governance, and as Life Skills Coordinator, he designs and delivers practical skills sessions that teach our Troops everything from first aid to fire-building.
Sayed Abed Al Majeed
Sayed leads our Islamic Personal Development (IPD) program — the spiritual heart of MSA. He designs sessions that nurture faith, build character, and help young Muslims connect meaningfully with their deen.
Our Wider Team
Beyond our core leaders, MSA is supported by over 50 volunteer leaders and ground staff. These are people who show up every Friday — rain or shine — to guide, teach, mentor, and inspire our Troops. Every one of them has a valid Working With Children Check, and each undergoes training in safeguarding and youth development.

MSA wouldn't exist without our volunteers. Every leader, helper, and supporter is part of something bigger — a community investing in the future of our youth. The Prophet (ṣallā Allāhu ʿalayhi wa ālihi wa sallam) said: "The best of people are those who are most beneficial to others." Our team embodies this every week.
