The volunteers who make MSA Youth Academy run.
Behind every great youth program are people who care deeply. At MSA, our team gives their time, energy, and expertise because they believe in the mission.
Heading into 2026, MSA Youth Academy is led by a board of community directors and delivered by a volunteer team of coordinators, team leaders, and ground staff. Every Friday, that team shows up to guide, teach, mentor, and inspire our Troops.
Our coordinators design and deliver the three pillars of the program: Islamic Personal Development, Life Skills, and Sports. Team Leaders run each unit week to week. Ground staff handle the practical side of every session, from setup to safeguarding.
Our Wider Team
MSA is supported by volunteer leaders and ground staff across our units. These are people who show up every Friday, rain or shine, to guide, teach, mentor, and inspire our Troops. Every one of them holds a valid Working With Children Check, and each undergoes training in safeguarding and youth development.
