Five Units. One Journey.
From curious 6-year-olds to emerging adult mentors, MSA provides age-appropriate programming that grows with your child. Each Unit builds on the last, developing independence, responsibility, and leadership.

Building foundations through play, discovery, and hands-on activities.
Seekers
Seeking knowledge and developing self-regulation and practical skills.
Strivers
Striving for excellence through self-mastery, initiative, and leadership.
Pioneers

The House System
Every MSA member belongs to one of four houses — assigned by birth month. Houses create cross-age teams where Explorers learn alongside Strivers, and Pioneers mentor Seekers.
